Abstract

데님 직물 및/또는 의복을 풀먹이고 효소적으로 스톤워싱시킬 때, 데님의 표면상에 청색의 재층착이 종종 재발되게 된다.
본 발명은 스톤워싱 전, 도중 또는 후에, 청색 염료의 재층작을 감소시켜 재증착 또는 백스테이닝 셀룰라아제를 사용할 경우 스톤워싱 가공처리를 개선시켜 스톤워싱 가공처리시 경석만을 사용하거나 재증착되지 않는 셀룰라아제를 사용할 때에 더 유사한 외관을 얻게하는 첨가된 프로테아제를 포함할 것을 요구하는 재증착 또는 백스테인 방지 조성물 방법에 관한다.

인디고로 염색된 데님 직물상에 스톤워시된 외관을 만들기 위한 효소 조성물 및 방법(ENZYMATIC COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING STONEWASHED LOOK ON INDIGO-DYED DENIM FABRIC)

Claims (27)

  1. 재증착 셀루라아제내의 총 단백질 약 5ppm : 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 1000rpm 내지 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 1000ppm : 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 1ppm비율의 재증착 셀룰라아제와 첨가된 프로테아제로 구성되는 백스테인(backstain) 방지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재증착 셀룰라아제와 첨가된 프로테아제의 비율이 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 약 10ppm : 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 200ppm 내지 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 200ppm : 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 1ppm인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 프로테아제가 세린 또는 메탈로 프로테아제인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 프로테아제가 바실러스(Bacillus)또는 아스퍼길러스(Aspergillus)에서 얻어진 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재증착 셀룰라아제가 트리코데르마(Trichoderma)에서 얻어진 조성물
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로테아제 또는 셀룰라아제의 특정 성분들을 과다발현하거나 특정 성분들을 멸실한 균주를 얻기 위하여 유전적으로 처리함으로써 상기 첨가된 프로테아제 또는 상기 재증착 셀룰라아제를 개질시킨 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 효소 활성 또는 특이성과 같은 성질이 변형된 상기 프로테아제 또는 상기 셀룰라아제 효소를 얻기 위하여 단백질을 처리함으로써 상기 첨가된 프로테아제 또는 상기 재중착 셀룰라아제를 개질시킨 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 건조 생성물인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 용액인 조성물.
  11. 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 약 1ppm : 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 10ppm 내지 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 100ppm : 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 1ppm 비율의 재증착 셀룰라아제와 첨가된 프로테아제로 구성되는 백스테인 방지 조성물.
  12. (a) 색밀도를 변환시키기에 충분한 유효량의 재증착 셀룰라아제; 및 (b) 백스테이닝을 감소시키고 청색 및 백색실 사이의 대비를 증대시키기에 충분한 유효량의, 순서에 상관없이 첨가된 프로테아제와 데님을 접촉시키는 단계로 구성되는, 인디고로 염색된 데님의 표면상에서 국한된 영역의 색밀도를 변화시키고 데님의 청색과 백색실 사이의 대비를 증대시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 셀룰라아제 및 프로테아제의 유효량이 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 약 5ppm ; 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 1000ppm 내지 재증착 셀룰라아제내의 총 단백질 1000ppm; 첨가된 프로테아제내의 총 단백질 1ppm비율인 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 프로테아제가 세린 또는 메탈로 프로테아제인 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 프로테아제가 바실러스(Bacillus) 또는 아스퍼길러슬(Aspergillus)에서 얻어진 방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 재증착된 인디고 염료의 제거를 더 한층 개선시키는데 충분한 양의 계면활성제를 가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 셀룰라아제 처리후에 별도의 처리수(水) 내에서 프로테아제를 데님과 접촉시키는 방법.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 재증착 셀룰라아제가 트리코데르마(Trichoderma)에서 얻어진 방법.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 프로테아제 또는 셀룰라아제의 특정 성분들을 과다발현하거나 특정 성분들을 멸실한 균주를 얻기 위하여 유전적으로 처리함으로써 상기 첨가된 프로테아제 또는 상기 재증착 셀룰라아제를 개질시키는 방법.
  20. 제12항에 있어서, 효소 활성 또는 특이성과 같은 성질이 변형된 상기 프로테아제 또는 상기 셀룰라아제 효소를 얻기 위하여 단백질을 처리함으로써 상기 첨가된 프로테아제 또는 상기 재증착 셀룰라아제를 개질시키는 방법.
  21. 제12항에 있어서, 경석과 데님을 접촉시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  22. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세린 프로테아제가 섭틸리신(Subtillisin)인 조성물.
  23. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 세린 프로테아제가 섭틸리신(Subtillisin)인 방법.
  24. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 재증착 셀룰라아제 및 상기 프로테아제를 함께 혼합시킨 다음 약 1시간 내지 약 14일 동안 약 30~약 60℃법위의 온도에서 보온시키는 방법.
  25. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 건조 생성물이 과립 형태인 조성물.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 재증착 셀룰라아제 및 상기 프로테아제를 함께 혼합시킨 다음 약 1시간 내지 약 14일 동안 약 30~ 약 60℃법위의 온도에서 보온시키는 조성물.
  27. 백스테이닝이 감소되고 청색 및 백색실 사이의 대비가 증대되도록 제24항 또는 제26항의 조성물 유효량과 데님을 접촉시키는 단계로 구성되는, 인디고로 염색된 데님의 표면상에서 국한된 영역의 색밀도를 변화시키고 데님의 청색과 백색실 사이의 대비를 증대시키는 방법.
