Abstract
Está provista de áreas discontinuas impregnadas con un producto impermeabilizante, preferentemente cloruro de polivinilideno (PVDC), impermeable tanto en gases como a líquidos, de manera que estableciendo con dicho producto impermeabilizanteáreas representativas de un logotipo, un texto, un anagrama o cualquier otro diseño, cuando posteriormente al relleno de la envoltura celulosica con la emulsion cárnica, se produce al ahumado o al coloreado de la misma, a través de la envoltura celulosica, el producto impermeabilizante supone una barrera a esta impregnacion posterior, de manera que el humo o el colorante tan solo atraviesa las áreas de la envoltura celulosica no tratadas con el producto impermeabilizante, que son las que resultan coloreadas, constituyendo un fondo sobre el que aparecen "impresiones gráficas" que se corresponden formal, dimensional y posicionalmente con las impresiones de producto impermeabilizante existentes en la envoltura celulosica, cuando ésta es finalmente eliminada, quedando dichas "impresiones gráficas" debidamente establecidas sobre la salchicha propiamente dicha.
