Abstract
Está provista de áreas discontinuas impregnadas con un producto imp permeabilizante preferentemente cloruro de polivinilideno (PVDC), impermeabletanto a gases como a líquidos, de manera que estableciendo con dicho productoimpermeabilizantes áreas representativas de un logotipo, un texto, un anagramao cualquier otro diseno, cuando posteriormente al relleno de la envoltura celulósica con la emulsión cárnica, se procede al ahumado o al coloreado de lamisma, através de la envuelta c elulósica, el producto impermeabilizante supone una barrera a esta impregnación posterior de manera que el humo o el colorantetan sólo atraviesa las áreas de la envuelta celulósica no tratadas con el productoimpermeabilizante, que son las que resultan coloreadas, constituyendoun fondo sobre el que aparecen impresiones gráficas que se corresponden formal, dimensional y posicionalmente con las impresiones de productosimpermeabilizantes existentes enla envuelta celulósica cuando ésta es finalmente eliminada, quedando dichas impresiones gráficas, debidamenteestablecidas sobre la salchicha propiamente dicha.
