Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para producir revestimientos de capas múltiples en el que una primera capa de revestimiento de un primer medio de revestimiento acuoso se aplica a un substrato eléctricamente conductor por deposición electroforética, se provee en húmedo con una segunda capa de revestimiento de un segundo medio de revestimiento acuoso, seguido de horneado conjunto, en donde un medio de revestimiento basado en uno o más vehículos establecidos por grupos iónicos y que se entrelazan al hornearse con la formación de grupos uretanos se usa para la segunda capa de revestimiento, y los medios de revestimiento se seleccionan de modo que la relación en peso máxima de pigmento/vehículo del primer medio de revestimiento es 1:1. que la relación en peso de pigmento/vehículo del primer medio de revestimiento a la del segundo medio de revestimiento es hasta de 1.8, y el intervalo de temperatura de horneado mínima de la segunda capa de revestimiento está por arriba de la de la primera capa de revestimiento o se sobrepone a esta última por lo que el límite inferior del intervalo para la segunda capa de revestimiento está por arriba del límite inferior del intervalo para la primera capa de revestimiento.
