Abstract

Aparato colocador para maquinado de husillos múltiples que comprende: (a) una serie de columnas verticales rígidamente interconectadas a una plataforma común y alineadas paralelamente entre ellas y perpendiculares a la plataforma separadas entre sí a una distancia de +- .0127 mm.: (b) medios de riel que se extienden entre cada una de las columnas a lo largo de la periferia definida por el paso de las columnas para proporcionar apoyo movible y que tienen medios de soporte en las columnas para permitir el movimiento de cada medio de riel a lo largo del eje Y; (c) otros medios de movimiento desplazables por lo menos en cada medio de riel a lo largo de otro eje de movimiento; (d) medios de motor lineal para mover selectivamente los medios de riel y otros medios de movimiento a lo largo de dicho eje Y y otros ejes a aceleraciones y deceleraciones pico de alrededor 1 a 2 G; y (d) medios de husillos en cada émbolo que tienen un husillo que gira en forma rotacional en un eje S de éste.
