Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar fibras electrohiladas, el método comprende v) disolver un polímero hidrofílico formador de fibra en un alcohol seleccionado de alcoholes C1-C3, vi) disolver una sustancia bioadhesiva en agua, en donde la sustancia bioadhesiva tiene una solubilidad en agua de 3 g/100 ml o más a 25°C o g/100 ml o más a 25°C, y en donde la sustancia bioadhesiva tiene una solubilidad en un alcohol seleccionado de alcoholes C1-C3 de 0.5 g/100 ml 10 o menos a 25°C o 0.1 g/100 ml o menos a 25°C, vii)añadir bajo agitación la solución resultante de ii) a la solución resultante de i), por lo que la sustancia bioadhesiva se precipita y se forma una suspensión homogénea, en donde la sustancia bioadhesiva se suspende como partículas, y viii) electrohilar la suspensión homogénea para obtener fibras hidrofílicas.
