Abstract
Una composición adhesiva, líquida, curable dual capaz de polimerización mediante la exposición a radiación actínica y humedad; la composición es particularmente útil para adhesivos líquidos para aplicaciones de electrónica; la composición comprende un oligómero de acrilato de poliuretano funcional de alcoxisilano; un diluyente reactivo polimerizable por radicales libres; un fotoiniciador por radicales libres; un catalizador para curado por humedad de grupos silano; y un oligómero funcional de alcoxisilano opcional que tiene un grupo poliolefina; un oligómero de acrilato de poliuretano funcional de acrilato o metacrilato opcional; un diluyente reactivo funcional de monoacrilato o monometacrilato terminado en hidroxilo opcional; un absorbedor de luz UV y antioxidante estabilizador de luz de amina impedida opcional; una cera opcional capaz de reducir la inhibición del oxígeno; un agente quelante de compuesto 1,3-dicarbonilo opcional; un agente tixotrópico opcional; y un promotor de adherencia opcional.
