Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proveer una junta soldada por puntos y un método de soldadura por puntos por lo que se incrementa la tenacidad contra fractura de metal soldada por puntos y se mejora la resistencia de la junta soldad por puntos. La presente invención es un método de soldadura por puntos que incluye un paso de formación de partes soldadas para formar una parte soldada por conducción de corriente, y un paso de solidificación para conducir corriente eléctrica inferior a la corriente eléctrica conducida en el paso de formación de la parte soldada para ocasionar que la parte soldada se solidifique, el paso de solidificación que sigue el paso de formación de la parte soldada. En el paso de solidificación, se aplica vibración electromagnética a la parte soldada, y la frecuencia fv de la vibración electromagnética, la tasa de solidificación vs cuando se solidifica la parte soldada, y la separación de brazos ?D de dendritas (31a) cuando la parte soldada se solidifica cumple con la relación 0.2=vs/?D.fv)=4.0.
