Abstract
Se provee un método de soldadura por puntos en el cual la variación en una reducción de dureza que se ocasiona por temperado se reduce al mínimo y las características de alta resistencia a la fractura retardada se obtienen establemente por: uso de conducción en dos pasos para llevar a cabo la soldadura por puntos de una placa de acero de alta resistencia que comprende 0.15 % en masa o más de carbono y que tiene una resistencia a la tensión de 980 MPa o más; ajuste de la relación (12/I1) de la corriente (I1) del primer paso de conducción y la corriente (I2) del segundo paso de conducción a 0.5-0-8; ajuste del tiempo (tc) de un paso de enfriamiento para estar dentro de un rango de 0.8 x tmin a 2.5 x tmin, dicho rango estando calculado de acuerdo con el grosor (H) de la placa de acero que usa una fórmula (0.2xH2); ajuste del tiempo de conducción (t2) del segundo paso de conducción para estar dentro de un rango de 0.7 x tmin a 2.5 x tmin; y soldar a partir del paso de enfriamiento en curso usando una presión aplicada que es mayor que la presión aplicada que se usa hasta el primer paso de conducción.
