Abstract
Se proporcionan: un producto estampado en caliente que puede obtenerse al estampar en caliente una hoja de acero electrogalvanizada que tiene un bajo peso de revestimiento a través del uso de un medio de calentamiento rápido tal como calentamiento eléctrico, calentamiento por inducción o similares en una alta eficiencia sin provocar la adhesión del chapado en una matriz y la cual puede asegurar una alta adhesión del chapado uniforme sin llevar a cabo un tratamiento posterior tal como limpieza con perdigones después del estampado en caliente; y un proceso para producir el mismo. Un producto estampado en caliente obtenido al estampar en caliente una hoja de acero electrogalvanizada que tiene una composición prescrita y la cual se ha chapado con zinc electrolítico a un peso de chapado de 5 o menos que 40g/m2 por lado, en donde: a la capa chapada del producto estampado en caliente que contiene de 0 a 15g/m2 de un compuesto intermetálico de Zn-Fe con el resto que consiste de una fase de sólidos en solución de Fe-Zn; y de 1x10 a 1x104 partículas que tienen un diámetro medio de 10 nm a 1 µm que se encuentran presentes en la capa chapada del producto estampado en caliente por milímetro de longitud de la capa chapada.
