Abstract

Una planta para construir neumáticos que consta de: una estación de trabajo de conformación (13) configurada para recibir una funda de carcasa (12); al menos un tambor de conformación toroidal expandible/contraíble radial (16) enganchable en la estación de trabajo de conformación (13); al menos una estación de trabajo (21) configurada para construir al menos un componente de una estructura de corona en una superficie externa radial (S´) de un neumático que está siendo procesado (20), empezando desde la funda de carcasa (12) que se forma y acopla al tambor de conformación (16); dispositivos de transferencia (29) configurados para mover dicho tambor de conformación (16) a lo largo de una vía de completamiento de circuito cerrado (30) y colocándolo cerca de la estación de trabajo 21 para poder obtener un neumático sin vulcanizar (41), la vía de completamiento de circuito cerrado (30) que se extiende desde una estación de trabajo inicial hasta una estación de trabajo final que coinciden con la estación de trabajo de conformación (13); un dispositivo para recoger (40) configurado para recoger el neumático sin vulcanizar mencionado (41) desacoplándolo del tambor de conformación 16 respectivo.
