Abstract
Un dispositivo de fabricación de núcleo laminado de acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invención incluye una unidad de traslapado que traslapa una pluralidad de materiales de núcleo laminado; una unidad de corrección de borde; una unidad de prevención de levantamiento; y una unidad de troquelado. La unidad de corrección de posición de borde alinea las posiciones de borde de la pluralidad de materiales de núcleo laminado entre los materiales de núcleo laminado y corrige el cambio de cada una de las posiciones de borde de la pluralidad de materiales de núcleo laminado con respecto a una posición de borde estándar. La unidad de prevención de levantamiento impide el levantamiento de la pluralidad de materiales de núcleo laminado en las cuales las posiciones de borde se alinean y el cambio de las posiciones de borde se corrige por la unidad de corrección de posición de borde. La unidad de troquelado troquela la pluralidad de materiales de núcleo laminado que se traslapan por la unidad de traslapado y se han sometido a procesos llevados a cabo por la unidad de corrección de posición de borde y la unidad de corrección de posición de borde y la unidad de prevención de levantamiento, para obtener de esta manera un cuerpo troquelado de la pluralidad de materiales de núcleo laminado utilizados para fabricar un núcleo laminado.
