Abstract

Se proporciona un método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero galvanizada que tiene baja resistencia al deslizamiento en la estampación y buena propiedad de desengrasado incluso bajo severas condiciones de tratamiento de desengrasado alcalino debido a la baja temperatura y la corta longitud de la línea de proceso. Una capa de óxido formada sobre la superficie de una lámina de acero galvanizada se somete a tratamiento de neutralización utilizando una solución acuosa alcalina que contiene 0.01 g/1 o más de iones P y 0.01 g/1 o más de partículas coloidales dispersas, en donde la solución acuosa alcalina preferiblemente contiene por lo menos un compuesto de fósforo seleccionado a partir de fosfatos, pirofosfatos, y trifosfatos y por lo menos un tipo de partículas coloidales dispersas seleccionadas de Ti, sílice, Pt, Pd, Zr, Ag, Cu, Au, y Mg.
