Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ensayo de detección de fármacos basado en células que comprende los pasos de: (i) cultivar una población de células en un ambiente de cultivo, (ii) definir por lo menos dos puntos de monitoreo en el tiempo en dependencia de por lo menos uno de los tipos de células, las características fisiológicas de las células, las características fisiológicas del tejido formado, el modo de acción de un principio activo y el ambiente de cultivo, (iii) aplicar principios activos a las células cultivadas por lo menos en un punto de tratamiento en el tiempo, (iv) monitorear el efecto de dicho principio activo en las células o tejidos formados por lo menos a dichos dos puntos de monitoreo en el tiempo.
