Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo para pedir un taxi. El método incluye: determinar si un usuario tiene que pedir un taxi con base en al menos unos datos de comportamiento habitual y unos datos de horario; y cuando se determina que el usuario tiene que pedir un taxi, generar y emitir una orden de petición de taxi. En la presente invención, el dispositivo de terminal puede generar y emitir automáticamente una orden de petición de taxi cuando determina que el usuario tiene que pedir un taxi. De esta manera, se puede iniciar un servicio de petición de taxi tan pronto como sea posible, y con ello evitar el retraso de horario al usuario. Además, el proceso no requiere la interferencia del usuario. Así, se puede simplificar la operación del usuario y ahorrar tiempo para el usuario.
