Abstract

La invención se relaciona con una composición de contacto eléctrico que comprende un sustrato y un recubrimiento eléctricamente conductor aplicado al sustrato, recubrimiento el cual se conecta a un electrodo. Un elemento de contacto de metal se conecta al electrodo, elemento de contacto el cual es usado para conectar el recubrimiento conductor a una fuente de corriente/voltaje. Se proporciona además, al menos una capa rociada producida por medio de un método de rocío térmico, en particular rocío en frío dinámico con gas, y que comprende al menos un metal y/o alineación de metal, capa rociada la cual se arregla entre el recubrimiento conductor y el elemento de contacto, donde la capa rociada tiene un coeficiente de expansión térmica que se encuentra entre los coeficientes de expansión térmica del soporte y del elemento de contacto. En una variante, la capa rociada es usada como el electrodo para el recubrimiento conductor.
