Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición caracterizada porque comprende un primer aptámero, segundo aptámero y un objetivo, en donde el primer aptámero comprende un primer esquema de modificación de pirimidina C-5, el segundo aptámero comprende un segundo esquema de modificación de pirimidina C-5, y en donde el primer esquema de modificación de pirimidina C-5 y el segundo esquema de modificación de pirimidina C-5 son diferentes; en donde el primer esquema demodificación de pirimidina C-5 comprende una 5-(N-bencilcarboxiamida)-2´- deoxiuridina (bndU); y en donde el primer aptámero, segundo aptámero y el objetivo son capaces de formar un complejo ternario.
