Abstract

Una lámina de acero laminada en caliente comprende, en por ciento en masa, 0.030-0.120% de C, cuando mucho 1.20% de Si, 1.00-3.00% de Mn, 0.01-0.70% de Al, 0.05-0.20% de Ti, 0.01-0.10% de Nb, cuando mucho 0.020% de P, cuando mucho 0.010% de S, y cuando mucho 0.005% de N, el resto consistiendo de Fe e impurezas, en donde: 0.106=(C%-Ti%*12/48-Nb%*12/93=)0.012, la densidad de polo de {112} (110) es cuando mucho 5.7 a una profundidad de 1/4 del espesor de la lámina de acero, la relación de aspecto (eje largo/eje corto) de granos de austenita anteriores es 5.3 o menos; la densidad de deposición de (Ti, Mb)C que tiene un tamaño de 20 nm o menos es por lo menos 109 piezas/mm3 la relación de deformación (Yr), que es la relación de la resistencia a la tensión al esfuerzo a la deformación, es por lo menos 0.80; y la resistencia a la tensión es por lo menos 590 Mpa.
