Abstract
Se revela una hoja de acero eléctrico no orientado con baja pérdida de hierro y alta permeabilidad magnética, y su proceso de fabricación. La placa fundida de la hoja de acero comprende los siguientes componentes: Si: 0.1 a 2.0% en peso, Al: 0.1 a 1.0% en peso, Mn: 0.10 a 1.0% en peso, C: = 0.005% en peso, P: =0.2% en peso, S: =0.005% en peso, N: =0.005% en peso, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas inevitables. La permeabilidad magnética de la placa de acero satisface las siguientes fórmulas de relación: µ10+µ13+µ15 = 13982 - 586.5P15/50; µ10+µ13+µ15 = 10000, donde P15/50 es la pérdida de hierro con una intensidad de inducción magnética de 1.5 T a 50 Hz; µ10, µ13, y µ15 son permeabilidades magnéticas relativas con intensidades de inducción de 1.0 T, 1.3 T y 1.5 T, a 50 Hz, respectivamente. La placa de acero puede emplearse para fabricar motores eléctricos de alta eficiencia y de súper alta eficiencia.
