Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the captioned steel plate by coating inorganic colloidal material on the surfaces of the cold-rolled steel plate containing the respectively specific amounts of C, Si, SolAl, and subjecting the same to continuous bright annealing in an atmosphere whose moisture partial pressure/hydrogen partial pressure are of the specific ratio or less. CONSTITUTION:After the steel containing C; <=0.005%, Si; 1.0-3.5%, SolAl; 0.1-3.0% is cold-rolled, an aqueous solution or alcohol solution of inorganic colloidal material such as, e.g., colloidal silica or colloidal alumina in sprayed or coated on the surfaces thereof and is then dried in that state, after which the steel plate is subjected to heat treatment. The coating amount of this time is made 0.1-2.0g/m<2>. In performing heat treatment for the purpose of recrystallization, the use of the atmosphere which is composed of several % to several tens % of hydrogen and the rest of nitrogen and is of 0.10 or less in the ratio of moisture partial pressure/hydrogen partial pressure as an annealing atmosphere enables the non-directional electromagnetic steel plate of superior high magnetic field iron loss where internal oxide layers do not substantially exist to be obtained.
