Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una composición que comprende: un polímero a base de poliéster; al menos un compuesto orgánico oxidable no polimérico; al menos un metal de transición en un estado de oxidación positivo, estando presente dicho metal en la composición en una cantidad de desde aproximadamente 10 hasta aproximadamente 400 ppm, en donde el polímero a base de poliéster comprende menos de aproximadamente 40 ppm de fósforo. Las composiciones de la presente invención no exhiben un periodo de inducción antes del inicio de la eliminación de oxígeno en la formación en un envase.
