Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos recombinantes humanizados que tienen como diana los receptores EGFR, HER2 y HER3 de la familia de EGFR, a composiciones que comprenden al menos un anticuerpo anti-EGFR humanizado, al menos un anticuerpo anti-HER2 humanizado y al menos un anticuerpo anti-HER3 humanizado, y el uso de las composiciones de anticuerpos para el tratamiento de cáncer. La invención también se refiere al uso de anticuerpos que tienen como diana múltiples receptores de la familia de EGFR para tratar cáncer (por ejemplo, cáncer pancreático) y cáncer que tiene resistencia adquirida a terapias previas.
