Abstract
Esta invención proporciona un acero laminado en caliente para nitrocarburación gaseosa con excelente capacidad de ser trabajado isotrópica, y un método de fabricación del mismo. Además de tener una composición química apropiada, este acero laminado en caliente para nitrocarburación gaseosa tiene, en el centro 5/8 a 3/8 de espesor de placa del espesor de placa desde la superficie de la placa de acero, una densidad de polo promedio de 1.0-4.0 del grupo {100}<011>-{223}<110> de orientación, expresada por el promedio aritmético de las densidades de polo de cada orientación de {100}<011>, {116}<110 >, {l14)<110>, {112}<011> y {223}<011>, y tiene una densidad de polo de 1.0-4.8 de la orientación {332}<113> de cristal. Esta lámina de acero laminada en caliente adicionalmente tiene un diámetro de partícula de cristal promedio de 10 µm o menos en el centro del espesor de la placa, y la microestructura comprende perlita (más del 6% en porcentaje de componentes) y ferrita (la porción restante).
