Abstract
A high strength cold rolled steel sheet having yield strength with low planar anisotropy and outstanding press formability has a composition including (by mass % ), C: 0.06% to 0.12%; Si: 0.7% or less; Mn: 1.2% to 2.6%; P: 0.020% or less; S: 0.03% or less; sol.Al: 0.01 % to 0.5%; N: 0.005% or less; the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel sheet includes, in terms of volume fractions relative to the entire microstructure, 60% or more of ferrite phase as the main phase, and 5% or more and 20% or less of martensite phase, and has a 3D crystal orientation distribution function of2.5 or less in {cpl, <I>, q>2} = {0?, 35?, 45?}.
