SPECIFICALLY, THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT FORMABILITY, COMPRISING A COMPOSITION INCLUDING IN MASS%, C: 0.010% TO 0.035% (EXCLUSIVE OF 0.010%); SI: 0.1% OR LESS; MN: 0.35% OR LESS; P: 0.035% OR LESS; S: 0.02% OR LESS; N: 0.0060% OR LESS; AL: 0.005% TO 0.1%; AND THE BALANCE AS FE AND INCIDENTAL IMPURITIES, WHEREIN PROVIDED THAT [% M] REPRESENTS CONTENT (MASS%) OF ELEMENT “M” IN STEEL, [% MN]/[% AL] <20; FERRITE GRAIN DIAMETER IN STEEL IS AT LEAST 5 µM; AND AT LEAST 50% OF CEMENTITE PRECIPITATION IS PRESENT AT FERRITE GRAIN BOUNDARIES.
