Abstract
Una lámina de acero de estructura mixta que contiene, en términos de % en masa, 0.01 a 0.1% de C; 0.2 a 3% de Mn; 0.04 a 1.5% de Al; 0.015 a 0.2% de Ti; hasta 0.01% de P, hasta 0.005% de S, y hasta 0.01% de N, satiface [Ti]-48/4x[N]-48/32x[S]=0% y satiface 0.001=Ex.C(%)/fsd (%)= 0.01, en donde Ex.C(%)=[C]-12/48x{[Ti]+48/9 3x[Nb]-48/14x[N]-48/32x[S]}, con el resto comprendiendo Fe e impurezas. En esta lámina de acero de estructura mixta, la microestructura a una profundidad de del espesor de la lámina es una estructura mixta en donde la fase principal comprende ferrita poligonal que ha sido endurecida por precipitación con carburo de Ti y la segunda fase comprende una pluralidad de granos de producto de transformación a baja temperatura dispersos presentes en una porción de área (fsd(%)) de 1 a 10%, los granos de producto de transformación a baja temperatura teniendo un diámetro de cristal promedio de 3 a 15 µm y teniendo una distancia entre los granos de producto de transformación a baja temperatura más cercanos de 10 a 20 µm en promedio.
