Una lámina de acero laminada en caliente que tiene una composición química que incluye, en % en masa, C: de 0.02 a 0.20%, Si: de 0.01 a 1.50%, Mn: de 0.10 a 3.00%, P: 0.10% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, Al: de 0.005 a 0.100%, Ti: de 0.02 a 0.20%, N: de 0.001 a 0.010%, Cu: de 0 a 0.50%, Ni: de 0 a 0.50%, Cr: de 0 a 1.00%, Mo: de 0 a 0.40%, Nb: de 0 a 0.060%, V: de 0 a 1.00%, B: de 0 a 0.0100%, Ca: de 0 a 0.0050%, O: 0.0100% o menos y el resto: Fe e impurezas; en la que: una microestructura de acero incluye, en % de área, ferrita: de 60 a 80%, y un total de ferrita y bainita de: 90% o más; un tamaño promedio de grano de cristal de ferrita y bainita de 7.0 µm o menos y una desviación estándar del tamaño de grano de cristal de 2.0 µm o menos y una desviación estándar de un diámetro de carbonitruros de Ti de 10 nm o menos.
