Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de transfección en forma transitoria de una planta u hojas en una planta, que comprende contactar dicha planta o dichas hojas con una suspensión que comprende células de Agrobacterium de la cepa CryX o una cepa derivada de la cepa CryX, en donde dicha cepa derivada tiene el fondo cromosómico de la cepa CryX o dicha cepa derivada contiene el plásmido vir de la cepa CryX o un derivado de dicho plásmido vir.
