Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición de pasta seca de cocción corta, caracterizada además porque comprende harina, huevo, ácido ascórbico, por lo menos 7% de concentrado de jugo de zanahoria, entre 0.5 y 10% de agua, caracterizada además porque el contenido total de carotenoides consiste de al menos 100 ppm. La invención se refiere además al proceso para la preparación de dicha composición.
