Abstract
La invención se relaciona con una composición alimenticia que incluye, un porcentaje en peso con relación al peso total de la composición: 0.5% a 5%, preferiblemente 1% a 2%, más preferiblemente 1% a 1.5%, y muy preferiblemente 1.2% de harina vegetal; y 6% a 20%, preferiblemente 6% a 10%, más preferiblemente 8% a 10%, y muy preferiblemente 9.1% de permeado de leche, caracterizada porque dicha composición tiene una viscosidad, medida usando el aparato Rheomat RM 200 a una temperatura de 10°C y con un esfuerzo cortante de 64 s-1, de entre 200 y 4000 mPa·s, preferiblemente de entre 300 y 3700 mPa·s, más preferiblemente de entre 400 y 3000 mPa·s, muy preferiblemente de entre 1000 y 2500 mPa·s, y aún más preferiblemente de aproximadamente 2500 mPa·s.
