Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un freno electromagnético y un método para fabricar un freno electromagnético. El freno electromagnético comprende una parte de marco (1), una parte de armazón (2) montada de forma movible en la parte de marco y que tiene un núcleo magnético (3), uno o más elementos de resorte (4) para activar el freno al mover dicha parte de armazón (2) hacia adelante, un electroimán (5) fijo a la parte de marco (1) y arreglado para liberar el freno al jalar dicha parte de armazón (2) hacia atrás al resistir uno o más elementos de resorte (4), y una placa de amortiguación doblable de forma elástica y plana (7) fija para doblarse cuando la parte de armazón (2) se mueva y, mientas se dobla, producir una fuerza de amortiguación (Fd) que resista el doblado para amortiguar el ruido de freno.
