Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una célula bacteriana gram-negativa recombinante que comprende un vector de expresión, que comprende un polinucleótido que codifica DsbC y uno o más polinucleótidos que codifican un anticuerpo o un fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo especialmente de unión a CD154. Una célula E. coli bacteriana gram-negativa recombinante, caracterizada porque comprende: a) un vector de expresión que comprende un polinucleótido recombinante que codifica DsBC; b) un gen Tsp mutado que codifica una proteína Tsp que tiene 50% o menos de actividad de proteína o proteica en comparación con una célula de tipo silvestre; c) un gen spr mutante que codifica una proteína spr que resulta en un cambio del aminoácido cisteína a alanina en la posición 94 (C94A) de acuerdo con la SEX ID NO: 26; y d) uno o más polinucleótidos que codifican un anticuerpo o un fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo que se une específicamente a CD154.
