Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una planta transgénica, caracterizad porque comprende ADN que codifica una proteína insecticida Cry1Ab y ADN que codifica una proteína insecticida Cry2As, en donde dicha proteína insecticida CryAb por lo menos 95% idéntica a la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO: 1, Y dicha proteína insecticida Cry2Aa es por lo menos 95% idéntica a la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO: 2, en donde dicha proteína insecticida Cr1Ab y dicha proteína insecticida Crys2Aa tienen sitios de unión de receptor diferentes en el intestino del perforador de maíz Eueropeo (Ostrinia nubilalis); y en donde dicha plantea es maíz.
