Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una biblioteca de polinucleótidos que comprende una pluralidad de composiciones, en donde la biblioteca comprende cDNAs que codifican regiones variables de inmunoblobulina de cadena ligera y pesada, o alfa y beta receptoras de la célula T, de la misma familia clonal, y en donde: cada composición está presente en un recipiente separado, cada composición comprende (i) moléculas de cDNA derivadas de una sola muestra que comprende a. moléculas cDNa que codifican regiones variables de inmunoglobulina de cadena pesada y moléculas de cDNA que codifican regiones variables de inmunoglobulina de cadena ligera de una o más células B, o b. moléculas de cDNA que codifican secuencia de cadena alfa receptoras de la célula T y moléculas de cDNA que codifican secuencias de cadena beta receptoras de células T de una o más células T; y (ii) una región de identificación de muestra unida a las moléculas de cDNA, en donde la secuencia de nucleótidos de la región de identificación de muestra es distinta a la secuencia de nucleótidos de la región de identificación de muestra de las otras composiciones presentes en otros recipientes separados en la biblioteca.
