Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar un producto alimenticio cocinado, el método comprende: introducir un producto alimenticio junto con una composición de condimentado dentro de la bolsa de cocción; introducir la bolsa de cocción que contiene el producto alimenticio y la composición de condimentado dentro de una cacerola; calentar la cacerola manteniendo la bolsa de cocción para cocinar el producto alimenticio condimentado dentro de la bolsa de cocción; y remover el producto alimenticio condimentado de la bolsa de cocción; en donde la bolsa de cocción se hace de papel resistente al calor y al aceite, el interior de la bolsa de cocción está recubierta con y/o que forma un laminado con una o más capas seleccionadas de una capa de aluminio y una capa de polímero estable al calor; y en donde los bordes de la bolsa de cocción están sellados por costura. Este método de preparación particular es muy conveniente y robusto. La invención además proporciona un producto de condimento empacado que comprende: un empaque; 15-100 g de un componente de condimento que está contenido dentro del empaque; y una bolsa de cocción vacía que también está contenida dentro del empaque; y una bolsa de cocción vacía como se describe anteriormente.
