Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método (200) para analizar un analito, que comprende las etapas de: aplicar (210) una excitación de potencial a una muestra de fluido que contiene un analito; medir (229) una primera corriente durante un primer segmento de tiempo seguido por aplicación de la excitación de potencial, caracterizado porque medir ( 250) una segunda corriente durante un segundo segmento de tiempo seguido por aplicación de la excitación de potencial; calcular (280) una pluralidad de primeras concentraciones del analito con base en la primera corriente medida y un primer conjunto de datos de calibración asociado con el primer segmento de tiempo; calcular (280) una pluralidad de segundas concentraciones del analito con base en la segunda corriente medida y un segundo conjunto de datos de calibración asociado con el segundo segmento de tiempo; y determinar (290) una concentración final del analito con base en por lo menos una de las primeras concentraciones del analito y por lo menos una de las segundas concentraciones del analito, en donde el primero y segundo de datos de calibración se asocian con niveles diferentes de hematrocrito .
