Abstract

 本発明は、酵素電極と試料中の基質とを反応させたときの酵素電極からの測定用出力に基づいて基質の濃度を測定する方法に関する。本発明は、酵素電極と基質とを反応させる前または後に、基質濃度が既知の標準液と酵素電極とを反応させたときに得られる酵素電極からの補正用出力を用いて、基質濃度を演算するものである。補正用出力は、たとえば試料ごとに個別に測定する。本方法では、測定対象となる試料のための補正用出力と、当該補正用出力よりも先に測定した他の1以上の試料に対応した補正用出力と、を用いて、基質濃度の演算を行なうようにしてもよい。
