Abstract

Conjunto contenedor (500) que comprende un contenedor (1) para almacenar una muestra de tejido (45) y una cubierta (2) adaptada para acoplarse al contenedor (1); la cubierta (2) comprende: un elemento superior (321) que comprende un receptáculo (211), un sello (22) para sellar dicho receptáculo (211), un elemento de perforación (323) para romper dicho sello (22) mediante desplazamiento del elemento de perforación (323); el conjunto contenedor (500) tiene una primera y una segunda posición, en donde la primera posición del contenedor (1) está aislada del receptáculo (211), y en la segunda posición se provee comunicación de fluido entre el receptáculo (211) y el contenedor (1); el conjunto contenedor (500) comprende un separador (31) posicionado entre el sello (22) y la parte inferior (13) del contenedor (1), y el separador (31) está provisto de al menos una abertura adaptada para proveer pasaje de fluido entre el receptáculo (211) y el contenedor (1).
