Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición en la forma de un gel para preparar un producto alimenticio; caracterizada porque comprende: a) agua en la cantidad de un 30% a un 70% ( en peso de la composición total ); b) saborizantes en la cantidad de un 1% a un 40% (en peso de la composición total); c) sal en la cantidad de un 10% a un 25% (en peso de la composición total), y d) agentes gelificlantes en la cantidad de un 0, 2% a un 5% (en peso de la composición total), donde los agentes gelificantes comprende por lo menos carragenina-iota y xantano.
