Abstract

Un material de metal tratado en la superficie de conformidad con la presente invención es un material de metal cuya superficie es revestida con una película mixta que comprende un compuesto de silicio orgánico (W) que tiene enlaces de siloxano cíclico, por lo menos un compuesto de metal (X) seleccionado del grupo que consiste de compuestos de titanio y compuestos de zirconio, un compuesto de ácido fosfórico (Y), y un compuesto de flúor (Z). En cada componente de la película mixta, la relación de (Xs/Ws) del peso del contenido de sólidos (Ws) de Si derivado del compuesto de silicio orgánico (W) y el peso del contenido de sólidos (Xs) del por lo menos un componente de metal seleccionado de un grupo que consiste de Ti y Zr contenido en el compuesto de metal (X) es entre 0.06 y 0.16, la relación de (Ys/Ws) del peso del contenido de sólidos (Ws) y el peso del contenido de sólidos (Ys) derivado del compuesto de flúor (Z) es entre 0.15 y 0.31, y la relación de (Zs/Ws) del peso del contenido de sólidos (Ws) y el peso del contenido de sólidos (Zs) de F derivado del compuesto de flúor (Z) es entre 0.08 y 0.50.
