Abstract
La invención es un método de tratamiento de nitruración para un componente de acero que incluye por lo menos dos etapas de tratamiento de nitruración, es decir una primera etapa de tratamiento de nitruración en la cual se realiza un tratamiento de nitruración a un componente de acero bajo una atmósfera de gas de nitruración de un primer potencial de nitruración, y una segunda etapa de tratamiento de nitruración en la cual se realiza otro tratamiento de nitruración al componente de acero bajo otra atmósfera de gas de nitruración de un segundo potencial de nitruración menor que el primer potencial de nitruración, después de la primera etapa de tratamiento de nitruración. La primera etapa de tratamiento de nitruración y la segunda etapa de tratamiento de nitruración se realizan a una temperatura dentro de un intervalo de 500°C a 590°C. El primer potencial de nitruración es un valor dentro de un intervalo de 0.300 a 10.000. El segundo potencial de nitruración es un valor dentro de un intervalo de 0.253 a 0.600.
