Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para reducir el valor de acidez en un poliol proporcionado para obtener una composición de poliol estabilizado mejorado, dicho método comprende los siguientes pasos del proceso: - Solubilizar amoníaco en un alcohol destilable con un punto de ebullición menor a 200 ºC con formación de un alcohol amoniacal destilable; - Proporcionar un poliol con un valor de acidez predefinido; - Hacer reaccionar químicamente el alcohol amoniacal destilable con el poliol proporcionado; - Eliminar el alcohol destilable por destilación a una temperatura comprendida entre 120 y 220 ºC; y - Obtener una composición de poliol estabilizado mejorado con un valor de acidez menor al valor de acidez predefinido de dicho poliol proporcionado.
