Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de una lignina en forma de partículas a partir de un líquido, que contiene materia prima con contenido de lignina, en donde el procedimiento comprende al menos una conversión con un agente reticulante (etapa a)), una precipitación de la lignina mediante la formación de partículas de lignina en el líquido (etapa b)) y una separación del líquido de las partículas de lignina (etapa c) formadas en la etapa b), y en donde dentro de la etapa b) el líquido tras realizarse la precipitación se trata térmicamente a una temperatura en el intervalo de 60 a 200 °C con una duración de 1 minuto a 6 horas, y/o en una etapa adicional d) después de la etapa c) las partículas de lignina separadas del líquido se tratan térmicamente a una temperatura en el intervalo de 60 a 600°C, así como a partículas de lignina, que pueden obtenerse de acuerdo con el procedimiento, partículas de lignina como tales, a un uso de las partículas de lignina como sustancia de relleno, así como a una composición de caucho que comprende, entre otros, un componente de sustancia de relleno, en donde este contiene las partículas de lignina como sustancia de relleno.
