Abstract
Esta invención consiste en un método para el desarrollo de terapias anticancerígenas dirigidas personalizadas basadas en aptámeros y mediante el modelado sistémico de un individuo en dispositivos microfluídicos. Esta invención se materializa en dispositivos microfluídicos, conexiones, sistemas y métodos para el desarrollo de aptámeros específicos para las dianas del entorno biológico complejo relevante. En un primer modo, la invención proporciona métodos para el desarrollo de terapias dirigidas que implican el mantenimiento de células cancerosas diana en cocultivo con células no-diana y no-cancerosas mediante el uso de dispositivos microfluídicos dispuestos modularmente en sistemas cerrados para el desarrollo de aptámeros. En un segundo modo, la invención proporciona un método para el desarrollo de terapias dirigidas, que incluye el mantenimiento de células diana en cocultivo con células no diana mediante el uso de dispositivos microfluídicos dispuestos modularmente en sistemas cerrados. En este caso, la invención prevé el desarrollo de aptámeros para la diana relevante en equilibrio homeostático con los componentes del fluido acondicionado por el cocultivo con células no diana.
