Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a una instalación de maltería para la germinación y secado en horno de grano, a una unidad de calentamiento en la que se puede instalar un equipo de calentamiento y al menos una unidad de germinación-secado en horno ampliable. La unidad de germinación-secado en horno tiene un módulo de inicio con un canal de aire con un ventilador de germinación, en donde el módulo de inicio se une con un canal de unión y un canal de retorno a la unidad de calentamiento, al menos un módulo intermedio y un módulo final. El módulo de inicio se une con el módulo intermedio y el módulo intermedio se une con el módulo final y forma un espacio de proceso (6) para la germinación y secado en horno de grano. La instalación de maltería se configura para conducir selectivamente el aire a través del ventilador de germinación desde fuera del módulo de inicio al espacio de proceso durante el proceso de germinación del grano y/o para hacer circular el aire desde el espacio de proceso a través del canal de aire al espacio de proceso y para conducir el aire templado a través del módulo de inicio al espacio de proceso a través del proceso de secado en horno del grano a través del equipo de calentamiento en la unidad de calentamiento a través del canal de unión.
