Abstract
[Problema] El objeto de la presente solicitud es mejorar la resistencia a la acumulación de Fe y Mn, la resistencia al choque térmico y la resistencia al agrietamiento de un revestimiento por rociado térmico mientras se reduce el contenido de carburo. [Solución] Un rodillo de solera para un horno de recocido continuo, el rodillo de solera comprende un revestimiento de rociado térmico en una superficie del rodillo de solera, en donde el revestimiento de rociado térmico comprende componentes principales que consisten en una aleación a base de Co, un carburo de un metal de transición, y un óxido doble; e impurezas, el óxido doble consiste en uno o dos tipos de un primer óxido doble que consiste en Al y un elemento de tierra rara y un segundo óxido doble que consiste en un metal de transición y un elemento de tierra rara, y cuando los componentes principales representan 100% en masa, un contenido de la aleación a base de Co es de 25% en masa o más y 50% en masa o menos, un contenido de carburo es de 5% en masa o más y 30% en masa o menos, y un contenido de óxido doble es de 20% en masa% o más y 45% en masa o menos.
