Abstract

本发明涉及一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,包括隔热金属材料,所述隔热金属材料的表面设有隔热层,所述隔热金属材料中包含以下金属成分:铝、铜、钽、锡、锰以及锌,所述隔热层为镀铝聚酰亚胺层,其中所述隔热金属材料内含有隔热颗粒,所述隔热颗粒为碳化物和/或氮化物和/或硼化物的颗粒。本发明所述为一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,该隔热金属材料通过在金属材料表面设置一层隔热保护膜进行防护,可有效的对高温进行防护,隔离其他重要零部件不受影响,从而起到保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属材料,具体涉及一种热镀锌隔热金属材料。
背景技术
在现实生活中,金属材料通常都由100%金属成分制成,此类金属材料制成的产品在市场上得到了广泛的应用和推广。但是却很容易受到外界因素 的影响而发生锈蚀,并且在某些特定的环境中往往无法达到人们的使用需求, 如在冬天金属材料由于受天气影响,往往会随之降低,而作为管材的金属材 料往往会因为低温而导致破损,从而引发各种意外情况的发生。因此,提供 一种热镀锌隔热金属材料成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种隔热、耐高温的热镀锌隔 热金属材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,包 括隔热金属材料,所述隔热金属材料的表面设有隔热层,所述隔热金属材料 中包含以下金属成分:铝、铜、钽、锡、锰以及锌,所述隔热层为镀铝聚酰 亚胺层,其中所述隔热金属材料内含有隔热颗粒,所述隔热颗粒为碳化物和/ 或氮化物和/或硼化物的颗粒。
优选的,所述隔热金属材料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的铝占70.5%-76.6%,所述的铜占18.5%-20.4%,所述的钽占0.3%-0.9%,所述的锡 占0.8%-1.7%,所述的锰占2.6%-4.2%,所述的锌占1.2%-2.3%。
优选的,所述隔热层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
优选的,所述隔热层的厚度为0.3mm。
优选的,所述隔热金属材料中还包含钛、锆、铪、钒、钨其中的一种或几种的组合。
优选的,所述隔热金属材料中还包含铁基合金、奥氏体锰钢或钴基超耐 热合金。
优选的,其中所述隔热颗粒的粒径小于400微米。
优选的,所述隔热颗粒的粒径为300微米。
本发明所述为一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,该隔热金属材料通过在金属材料表面设置一层隔热保护膜进行防护,可有效的对高温进行防护,隔离其他 重要零部件不受影响,从而起到保护作用。

本发明提供提供一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,包括隔热金属材料,所述隔 热金属材料的表面设有隔热层,所述隔热金属材料中包含以下金属成分:铝、 铜、钽、锡、锰以及锌,所述隔热层为镀铝聚酰亚胺层,其中所述隔热金属 材料内含有隔热颗粒,所述隔热颗粒为碳化物和/或氮化物和/或硼化物的 颗粒。
本实施例中,所述隔热金属材料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述 的铝占70.5%-76.6%,所述的铜占18.5%-20.4%,所述的钽占0.3%-0.9%,所述 的锡占0.8%-1.7%,所述的锰占2.6%-4.2%,所述的锌占1.2%-2.3%。
其中,所述隔热层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。所述隔热层的厚度优选为0.3mm。
所述隔热金属材料中还包含钛、锆、铪、钒、钨其中的一种或几种的组 合。所述隔热金属材料中还包含铁基合金、奥氏体锰钢或钴基超耐热合金。
其中所述隔热颗粒的粒径小于400微米;所述隔热颗粒的粒径优选为300 微米。
本发明所述为一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,该隔热金属材料通过在金属材 料表面设置一层隔热保护膜进行防护,可有效的对高温进行防护,隔离其他 重要零部件不受影响,从而起到保护作用。

1.一种热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,包括隔热金属材料,所述隔热金属材料的表面设有隔热层,所述隔热金属材料中包含以下金属成分:铝、 铜、钽、锡、锰以及锌,所述隔热层为镀铝聚酰亚胺层,其中所述隔热金属 材料内含有隔热颗粒,所述隔热颗粒为碳化物和/或氮化物和/或硼化物的 颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,所述隔热金属材料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的铝占70.5%-76.6%,所述的铜 占18.5%-20.4%,所述的钽占0.3%-0.9%,所述的锡占0.8%-1.7%,所述的锰占 2.6%-4.2%,所述的锌占1.2%-2.3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,所述隔热层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,所述隔热层的厚度为0.3mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,所述隔热金属材料中还包含钛、锆、铪、钒、钨其中的一种或几种的组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,所述隔热金属材料中还包含铁基合金、奥氏体锰钢或钴基超耐热合金。
7.如权利要求1~6任一所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,其中所述隔热颗粒的粒径小于400微米。
8.权利要求7所述的热镀锌隔热金属材料,其特征在于,所述隔热颗粒的粒径为300微米。
