Abstract
Se describe un elemento de calentamiento eléctrico cerámico que tiene una estructura en dos capas y un soldador eléctrico. Donde el elemento calefactor eléctrico que tiene una estructura cerámica en dos capas, que incluye una capa conductora interior y una capa aislante exterior; la capa aislante envuelve a la capa conductora, y la capa conductora queda expuesta fuera de la capa aislante en la cabeza y cola del elemento calefactor eléctrico. Además, se utiliza el elemento de calentamiento eléctrico cerámico que tiene una estructura en dos capas para el soldador eléctrico. La presente invención permite la miniaturización en la fabricación. de cuerpos cerámicos de calentamiento eléctrico, con bajo costo de producción y baja dificultad en cuanto al proceso.
