Abstract

Un método de generación de modelo de predicción de calidad es un método de generación de un modelo de predicción de calidad para un material de metal fabricado a través de uno o más procesos, el método incluye: un primer paso de recolección de recolección de una condición de fabricación de cada uno de los procesos para cada una de las áreas predeterminadas del material de metal; un segundo paso de recolección de evaluación y recolección de calidad del material de metal fabricado a través de cada proceso para cada una de las áreas predeterminadas; un paso de almacenamiento de almacenamiento de la condición de fabricación de cada proceso y la calidad del material de metal fabricado bajo la condición de fabricación en asociación entre sí para cada una de las áreas predeterminadas; y un paso de generación de modelo de generación de un modelo de predicción de calidad que predice la calidad del material de metal para cada una de las áreas predeterminadas sobre la base de la condición de fabricación almacenada para cada una de las áreas predeterminadas en cada proceso.
