Abstract

La invención se relaciona con la fabricación de alambres con propiedades de aislamiento optimizadas, proporcionando un alambre aislante y el proceso de trefilado de alambre para producir este alambre aislante. El esmalte del alambre comprende tres capas: capa base (2), capa media (3) y capa superior (4), en donde estas capas envuelven el alambre conductor (1) en este orden. El proceso de trefilado de alambre comprende la etapa de a) Trefilado primario; b) Trefilado final y c) Proceso de esmaltado llevado a cabo en la línea, en donde el esmaltado se lleva a cabo preferentemente con un número específico de hileras para cada capa. El proceso y las condiciones de composición del alambre permiten proveer un alambre de triple capa que presenta alta resistencia a descargas parciales, una clase térmica alta y alta resistencia a la abrasión, de este modo, aumenta el tiempo de vida del servicio del alambre en aplicaciones motrices demandantes cuando se requiere de alta resistencia térmica, alta resistencia mecánica y alta resistencia eléctrica.
